If you're from New England than I'm sure you know what The Big E is, if not I'll explain. The Big E, also known as The Eastern States Exposition, is billed as "New England's Great State fair". Each year, the fair opens on the second Friday after Labor Day and runs for seventeen days. The Big E has many foods from traditional fair foods like fried dough, corn dogs, and lemonade. I love walking/running. I wake up early every morning just to get a few miles in. I'm not sure it it's the morning breeze or the peace and quite but I seriously look forward to it everyday. I did my first 5k last year with my fiance and we had a BLAST. It was a lot of sweat and color but overall we loved it and looked forward to it this year, that was until I heard of Mudderella. What I love most about being an Organic family is trying healthier option foods. Even though my daughters can get picky, when it comes to Vegetables they are open to trying new things. With that being said I have to tell you about this NEW amazing product, Veggie Fries. Veggie Fries are available in four varieties: Broccoli, Carrot, Chickpea & Red Pepper and Tuscan Bean & Herb. Out of the four varieties, I went with Broccoli and Carrot. I picked them up and my local Stop and Shop in the Freezer Section, which just launched this April!
