When Lilyana first started school I did the basic School Lunches.. Pb&J Sandwiches, Turkey & Cheese Roll Ups, and of course Crackers with Cheese and Meat! Well, thanks to Pinterest I was able to create a "Lunch Idea" Board and save pins that are creative and different! I no longer have to stick to those boring ideas!!! And I love that SHE loves to try new things!! This is one of her FAVORITE School Lunches. It's extremely easy to make and if your child is addicted to PB&J, I highly suggest trying this Idea!
2 slices of Bread, knife, and something to Roll it with. Trim Crusts!
Flatten Bread, I used a small cutting board to squash it down
Overlap Bread slices and Roll out to seal the Seam & Flatten
Trim Bread & Spread Filling (I used Peanut Butter & Jelly)
Roll tightly, Slice or wrap and Chill or Freeze until Ready to slice
(I put it in the fridge overnight!)
Simple right? And they look so COOL!
In case you are wondering.... We use a Laptop Lunches bento-ware Lunch Box! One of the BEST Lunch Boxes I have ever used!!! It's eco-friendly and they contain NO phthalates, bisphenol A (BPA), PVC, or lead. We are a GMO-free family and I pack her lunch everyday, so this Lunch Box is a LIFESAVER!!! Plus, it's kid friendly!
Do you use Pinterest for Lunch Ideas? If so, Whats your FAVORITE Lunch Idea?
