 Back to School season is upon us and with both of my daughters in school full time, I decided it was best to start College. I've always wanted to start my degree in digital photography but being a full time mom and a dance mom, I could never find the time and let's just say my laptop wasn't up to speed either, and also I'm not very organized. Well thanks to Walmart and their affordable selection of all new HP PC's, I was able to find the notebook of my dreams and let's just say I am seriously in love with my HP Notebook. And it's absolutely perfect for my digital photography courses. Plus, I am learning how to juggle everything and it's going wonderfully. Staying organized isn't always an easy task. I've had days where I miss extremely important appointments and meetings, after missing a meeting that had to do with my online schooling, I needed a change. I grabbed myself a planner that fits perfectly in my purse and use vibrant colors to catch my attention! I also log all my appointments and meeting into my phone and HP Notebook because well you can never be to organized.

Planner organization is all about what works for you. Maybe you're better with day by day, weekly or monthly planning. I personally prefer monthly planning but if I am taking notes for that day or need to write in an address with my planner I am able to flip from my monthly calendar to a day by day section and am able to write whatever I need. Do yourself the favor and grab a planner, highlighters, paper clips and sticky notes. Write down everything, even your grocery list because one day this will all come in hand.

Keep a to-do list - I keep a daily to-do list in my planner. It definitely helps me stay on track.

Stick to your plan - First, start with a rule; if you write it down, get it done! That way, your planner is more than a helpful reminder of what you could have accomplished today; it's an actual guide to what you will be doing.

And lastly - Go easy on yourself; No one is perfect, and it can be incredibly difficult to stay on top of everything in your life. Try some of these tips and do your best, but remember if you mess up that it is okay to make mistakes. All that matter is that you are trying!
