I always like to reflect on everything I accomplished throughout the year and while this wasn't my best year blogging wise, it was the most adventurous year. I have so much to be thankful for and I know I don't share much of my personal life but let's just say, I have a feeling that is going to change. I am going to tell myself from the moment the ball drops that 2017 is going to be MY YEAR! Let's talk about my 2016 memories

Professional Accomplishments
This was the year I wanted to push my blog with personal recipes and possibly traveling. I was over being a Review Blogger. I wanted to test the waters with being a "Foodie" and let's just say in the process I lost a lot of traffic and that made me really want to give up being a blogger. Though I still have troubles not being as active as I want to be. I'm proud of what my blog has turned into and I cannot wait for 2017.
2016 Traveling
This definitely wasn't my year for traveling but I absolutely loved all my opportunities and look forward to what 2017 will bring! Maybe a little Pixie Dust ;)
- Disney on Ice: Let's Celebrate - Hartford, CT
- Frontier Communications Goes Beyond - Manchester, CT
Personal Highlights
Let's start with I'M MARRIED! After 10 years we tied the knot in June. We decided to do what was best for our family and all we needed was our girls and our love to make the day perfect! Still can't believe I'm Mrs. Perez.
Watching my daughter perform throughout the year, get trophy after trophy, get special awards, grow with her dance family and kill it at her first Nationals! Such a wonderful year for her.
Goals for 2017
I never make New Year's Resolutions because I feel like I will jinx myself or not stay on task but this year I plan on making a few goals for my blog!
- Raise my traffic
- Travel out of State
- Have one blog post go viral (every bloggers DREAM)
- Stay more active on Social Media
- Post 1 recipe a week
Not a bad list! But it's definitely a tough one!
Thank you for reading and please tell me one of your 2017 Personal Goals!!!

ReplyDeleteI love your goals. 2016 has been a crazy year. I started it off with back surgery last Christmas and worked towards healing early in 2016. Then when I thought that I was getting better, I had more devastating news. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. It was a tough pill to swallow but at the same time I had answers.
ReplyDeleteI would love to take my youngest to Disney on Ice. I haven't ever been
I imagine how you feel now!Your daughter performed well throughout the year, getting trophy after trophy, numerous special awards! You are a great Mother!
