What's the first thing I think of when Winter Vacation is over? School lunches. I always try to come up with creative but easy lunch ideas for the week. Something my oldest daughter can help with when I'm busy with the baby. One of their favorites is breakfast for lunch! And with the help of Jif and Smucker's, we did a twist on a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It's perfect for school lunches!

 Back to School season is upon us and with both of my daughters in school full time, I decided it was best to start College. I've always wanted to start my degree in digital photography but being a full time mom and a dance mom, I could never find the time and let's just say my laptop wasn't up to speed either, and also I'm not very organized. Well thanks to Walmart and their affordable selection of all new HP PC's, I was able to find the notebook of my dreams and let's just say I am seriously in love with my HP Notebook. And it's absolutely perfect for my digital photography courses. Plus, I am learning how to juggle everything and it's going wonderfully. Hopefully my Tips for staying organized for back to school can help you as well!
