Diamond Candles Review/Giveaway♥

Diamond Candles is a company located in Durham, North Carolina, that has a great variety of candle scents inspired by everything from pretty flowers to yummy desserts. The candles are earth friendly and all natural soy. What really sets them apart though, is that they include a little gift inside of the candle, a ring, which is how they came up with the name Diamond Candles. You have the opportunity of discovering a ring that is valued between $10 to $5,000 in every candle! Of course I was skeptical at first. Would a company really give away a $5,000 diamond ring in a $25 candle? The answer is yes! Most people are going to score the $10 ring, but can you imagine getting a real diamond ring!? If you search diamond candles on Google you’ll find customers who have been lucky enough to find the real deal.

 I chose to review a 21oz Cinnamon Tea candle. My candle arrived very quickly, and I immediately lit it. Cinnamon is usually the first scent I choose when I want to buy candles. The Diamond Candle Cinnamon Tea scent is hands down the best Cinnamon I have ever smelled! The soy way is smooth burning and it has a nice strong smell, which I love. My entire house smelled warm, cozy and inviting! It's seriously the perfect fall scent.

 Now to the fun part..... The reveal!

Luckily, my ring wasn't all the way at the bottom because candles this size can have over 50 hours of burn time and I am NOT patient. After about 14 hours of burn time, I finally glimpsed some gold foil! I grabbed my tweezers, blew out the flame, and fished the little protective pouch up out of the wax. (Be careful when you do this, it's HOT!) The ring was inside a small plastic baggy, then wrapped in foil to protect it from the wax.


 I opened it up, and found this:

 The ring is not my size at all but it's simple and beautiful! I'm sure it's most likely worth $100 or less.
I highly recommend everyone giving this candle a try, even if it's just once! They make the perfect gift for any occasion, I actually plan on ordering some for Christmas gifts!
