The mat definitely has a memory foam-type feel to it, leaving a hand print where my hand was, and it bounced back quickly. The color is beautiful!     I was considering starting yoga as i have really bad back issues and was encouraged to do yoga by a physician. This mat seems like it would be great, at least better than the generic ones that you buy elsewhere. I love that it's thick which would be great for me.

    I love how they have everything you might need to make it an entire experience. I'm easily distracted from doing yoga, maybe I'd concentrate more this way.
